The NSW Rural Fire Service (NSW RFS) is the largest fire and rescue agency in the world. For over 100 years the NSW RFS has been a significant part of the history and landscape of NSW. Working closely with other agencies, they respond to a range of emergencies including structure fires, motor vehicle accidents and storms that occur within rural fire districts.
In 2015, Newton Group were successful in their tender bid to provide business and process analysis and RFQ management services to the NSW RFS for two key pieces of work:
- Emergency Management Operations System (EMOS)
- Resource Management (Phase 1)
Since that time, our team has been invited back to work with the NSW RFS on a number of innovative and exciting projects:
- Resource Management (Phase 2) / State Mitigation Services – requirements and process analysis, RFP/RFQ
- Incident and Safety Management - requirements analysis and ITIL 3 process analysis/mapping
